Shipping & Billing

  1. All orders are shipped from Maui, Hawaii, Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends. All orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
  2. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
  3. Contact our website customer service at 808-446-8092 for any online inquiries during our hours of operation. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM HST. Requested changes in your shipping method, items on your order or any other types of changes must be made by phone or email.
  4. Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to shipment. We will not be responsible for unsettled e-mail requests or voicemail messages. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed or shipped. Customers must receive the merchandise and follow the return instructions. We will not be responsible for shipping return costs. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING


USPS Standard: Please allow 5-7 business days for Standard US shipments.


FEDEX Rush: Please allow 2-3 business days for Rush US shipments. If we are unable to ship within this time due to unavailable stock or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


Standard: Please allow 7-14 business days for Standard International shipments. This does not include any delays that may occur due to Customs and their rules and regulations.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may also access this information by logging into your online account at blueginger.com. If for some reason you do not receive an email you may inquire with us at [email protected] or 808-446-8092.
