WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Check on your order status here or by logging into your account here. We ship orders from our Hawaii warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders placed with USPS Priority Mail shipping are usually shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order will arrive individually wrapped and sealed. Jewelry items arrive with a complimentary pouch.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP FROM?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX Air-Mail.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, to select countries. Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars, and are exclusive of shipping and taxes. All relevant import taxes and duties may not be included in the final purchase price.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I’D LIKE TO RETURN PART OF IT. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Absolutely, we want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please find our full Return & Exchanges policy here.
DID YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN YET?
You will NOT receive an email when your return has been received. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Website Department to refund your original form of payment. For more about our return policy, visit the Returns & Exchanges page, or reference the packing slip included in your order.
WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY PACKING SLIP?
Please print out the order confirmation email or the order information in your online Blue Ginger account. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.
IT LOOKS LIKE YOU CHARGED ME MULTIPLE TIMES. HELP!
Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check the billing address before submitting the order again.
WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at [email protected]
CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to orders.
HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY BLUE GINGER CLOTHING?
Gently machine wash in cold water with mild soap or detergent. Do not soak, bleach or twist. Line dry, never place in the dryer. Use iron with warm heat as needed. Gently hand-wash for best results.
DO I NEED TO SET UP A USER ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
You do not have to make an account, however this is the best way to shop at blueginger.com. The information that we gather during your account creation will assist us in providing you the best service possible. With an online account, you will be able to see current and previous orders made.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes, phone orders can be made Monday - Friday from 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM, HST. Please call 808-446-8092.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THE ITEM I WANT TO PURCHASE IS OUT OF STOCK?
Contact us during regular business hours at 808-446-8092, M-F 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM HST. Our customer service representative will make every effort to fill your order or find an alternative product to meet your needs. On rare occasions, the item availability reflected on our site may be incorrect. If such is the case and you have submitted payment for the item, we will e-mail you a notice of the situation, and promptly credit your account.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT KIND OF MAIL WILL I RECEIVE IF I JOIN THE MAILING LIST?
Customers who join our mailing list will receive e-mails containing notices of sales and specials. Any messages sent contain information that we believe customers will benefit from. We do not share your e-mail address with any third party.
