We want you to be satisfied with your new Blue Ginger items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange an item that is unworn, unwashed, or defective, please mail to:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order with packing slip included and tags intact. SALE MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit only. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when mailing items back for return or exchange. Shipping via tracked or insured mail is recommended, as Blue Ginger is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once received, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return, exchange, or credit. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Our size chart is as accurate as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our clothing, slight variations will occur between each garment. We encourage you to try on all clothing immediately after receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days with all original hang tags intact.
Due to the nature of inconsistent color variations in the Batik process, Blue Ginger is not responsible for any shipping expenses for exchanges from unsatisfactory print placement.
RETURNS TO A STORE
Items purchased online may be exchanged at one of our Blue Ginger Stores if they are accompanied by the original online order confirmation. Refunds for online purchases can not be given at stores.
Items purchased in a Blue Ginger store cannot be returned to the website address. They must be returned to the location where they were purchased. Please contact customer service at (808) 446-8092 for more information on returning an item.
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days from the date of purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, please contact customer service at 808-446-8092, or email us at email@example.com. If you are within the deadline, we will refund you the difference to your original form of payment. Items that are price adjusted to markdown prices will be considered sale items and cannot be refunded.
Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. A price adjustment for an online purchase cannot be made in Blue Ginger stores.
