Tier Skirt

This versatile skirt has four tiers and an elastic waist which can be easily paired with you favorite top.  Size small measures 32" from waist to hem and falls above the ankle.  Made of 100% lightweight rayon voile. Machine washable. Model is 5'7'' tall and wears a size small.
